This project comprises nine eco homes on a site which falls within a flood plain and is home to protected species. The project reuses the frame of an existing boat yard. New homes and gardens are enclosed within green walls to create separation from the wildlife in the woodland behind. Raising the building allows the site to flood and further preserves important wildlife habitat
